It is not helping.
Snacking is not helping.
Music is not helping.
Resting is not helping.
Doing something else is not helping.
Reading is not helping.
Knowing that I can do it is not helping.
Knowing God is here is not helping, yet.
I don't know what to do.
Some things just make me freeze up.
